Diced and baked firm tofu is a foundation for many vegan dishes from the Asian cuisine.
This recipe is just a basic recipe you can look at when I will introduce tofu-based recipes on this vegan food blog in the future.

Baked tofu as a foundation for many dishes
This basic recipe will be linked to future recipes dealing with tofu as an ingredient. So I do not repeat this procedure again and again, when I post another tofu-related recipes in the future.
Of course, you can serve diced tofu as a snack with some dips, too. Get creative!
Ingredients
- 1 regular block of firm, fresh tofu
Instructions
- Heat your oven up to 200°C
- Rinse the tofu block briefly under the tab
- Dry it carefully with some kitchen paper towel
- Cut the tofu block on the horizontal and vertical level into dices
- Spread the tofu dices on a baking tray
- Put this baking tray into the hot oven for 30 minutes
- Take the tray out of the oven and let the tofu cool down for some minutes
- You should use the tofu now for your dishes. Cook them shortly in the wok or else with the other ingredients of your planned dish
